Our clinic is open to anyone who lives in either Contra Costa or Alameda counties. It doesn’t matter if you’re homeless or undocumented. Everyone is welcome — just bring yourself and your pet(s).
Please bring dogs on leash or carry them if they’re small enough. Bring cats inside a carrier. Unfortunately, we can’t allow sick pets at the clinic because it puts other pets at risk.

The Vet SOS van operates twice monthly pop-up veterinary clinics for pet owners who are experiencing homelessness and live in San Francisco. Our services include routine wellness exams, rabies and other vaccination certificates, referrals for free spay/neuter surgery and linkage to human health services.
All visits are by appointment only. For current clients, we provide weekly curbside pickup of free pet food, supplies, and medication refills (by appointment).
